Sistech is an association under the French law of 1901, recognised as being of general interest, non religious and non-political, created back in 2017 in Paris in order to empower uprooted & displaced women through the qualified and sustainable tech or digital job of their choice. 

Since 2021, Sistech, previously known as #TF4Women by Techfugees, operates in Greece, Italy and France thanks to a team of ten as well as Volunteers standing with us for diversity and inclusion by offering their time and skills within our Fellowship programmes. 

We are creating this new role within the global management team (Director + Deputy Director) in order to consolidate and develop our resources to support our growth in Europe. So far, our activities have been funded mainly by the private sector (French & European levels) and few public partners in France. Our goal for the next few years is to strengthen this basis and build new connections with local partners in Italy and Greece as well as explore European public funding opportunities.

Responsibilities & Missions  

Under the supervision of the Director & Deputy Director and with the support of an Administrative & Accounting Assistant (ongoing recruitment), the Global Partnerships Manager will be in charge of:  

• Business development: looking for new prospects and funding opportunities from both private and public sectors in a local and global levels; 

• Partnerships management: leading the application/negotiation processes, setting up the contracts, nurturing the daily relationships…;
• Internal coordination: being close to the operational needs on the ground that could be filled by the partners, contributing to joint communications in order to highlight the partners’ inputs within the programmes, having a global vision of the community to take advantage of what she can offer…

Skills & qualities we are looking for 

For that position, we are looking for somebody: 

• with  a previous experience in managing high level and/or international partners is mandatory (ability to represent the organisation in front of corporates and understand their internal challenges and local context);  
• with a good knowledge or a previous experience with European funding application would be a plus;  
• who speaks English, other languages (French, Italian, Greek, Arabic…) would be appreciated; 
• comfortable with collaborative online tools; 
• who share the strong values of the Team and aligned with the cause we serve;  
• Pragmatic & creative, rigorous, autonomous & reliable… 

Work conditions 

This position is only open to candidates with EU citizenship or equivalent legal permission to work under the following conditions: 

• Full time permanent contract (with our French or Italian legal branches) ;
• Annual gross salary: 45-50K€ ;
• Localisation: Paris, Milan or Athens preferably but remote working could be considered.
